Assignment 1: Spotlight on I/O Theory and Practice

  • Recruitment
  • Organizational development (OD)
  • Leadership

Can you discuss these topics in a meaningful way either in a casual conversation or in a more formal interview setting? Using the module’s readings, the Argosy University online library resources, and the Internet sources, research areas of I/O emphasis. Then, address the following:

    • Recruitment
    • OD
    • Leadership
    • Training
    • Change management
  • Provide a detailed description for each area. Your description should consider the following aspects within an organizational setting:

  • Include a special mention of any classic studies, theories, or models associated with each of the selected areas.
