For one of the following scenarios undertake a regional economic analysis to identify the most suitable location for the organisations operation. You should detail your rationale, your decision making approach and any other factors you feel are pertinent to the organisation in question. Also provides a brief discussion from a systems perspective of how the wrong decision may impede the organisations ability to be effective and efficient.

They have identified 6 potential locations: Lancaster, Newcastle, York, Durham, Leeds or Chester.

Advice: Always compare like for like. For example, if you pick data at the local authority level through Nomis you will have to this for all the potential locations.
You have the decision making variables but you must develop a decision making criteria/weighting for the variables. You need to explain this in your report.
