This week we have learned about the macromolecules of life (proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates and lipids) and “good” and “bad” cholesterol. Take the short quiz Test your knowledge of Nutrition  Do you feel you know enough about nutrition to make wise nutritional choices?  Look up the calorie and fat content of one of your favorite foods and include it in your post. Are there any surprises?  If your diet was a class project, what grade would you give it?  What do you believe are your best and worst food habits?
