All papers and essays are expected to reflect college-level research and writing skills. In addition to content and form, grammar, punctuation and spelling will be graded. Papers should be in MS Word format (.doc). Text should double-spaced (with the exception of block quotations) in a 12-point, serif typeface (Times Roman, Palatino, Century, or similar font) with 1 margins. All pages must have a header which includes the students last name and the page number. Unless otherwise noted, the writing style to be used in all course assignments is Turabian (the Chicago Manual of Style). Reference books detailing this style are available in the library and online.
