Data Quality Plan
This activity is comprised of five (5) parts. Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself. If there is a Part A, your response should identify a Part A, etc.
In addition, you must appropriately cite all resources used in your response and document them in a bibliography using SPA style. (A graphical display and a 3-page response are required for the combination of Parts A, B, C, D, and E.)
Create a data quality plan for XYLEM Emergency Department, using the model for data quality assurance. All of the information you need can be obtained from your textbook on the following pages.

|Part A||Briefly describe the purpose of the quality plan, including an overview and definitions of the six (6) quality characteristics.|
|Part B||Determine four (4) data quality requirements and two (2) user requirements.|
|Part C||Develop measurements and tracking systems. Identify six (6) processes to track and two (2) measurements.|
|Part D||Analyze the results, providing both a written evaluation and a graphical display. You may choose any type of graph, but make sure you explain your reasoning for choosing it.|
|Part E||Provide two (2) specific process improvements based on your analysis.|
