NOTE: Since you are directing your presentation to the CEO of the company, keep in mind that the CEO would most likely not be technical and would be interested in understanding the return on investment, how well the tool would be adopted by employees, and how much time employees would need to learn this new tool (how much potential outage/time not working would be lost?).

- The benefits of moving to the cloud:
- The benefits of collaboration
- The difference moving to the cloud will be over current practice
- Cost of moving to the cloud
