From the eActivity, determine Southwest Airline’s predominant method of training.  The article by Emily Hollis on the Chief Learning Officer’s (CLO) Website titled “Southwest Airlines: Employee Education Takes Flight” is from 2003.  Is SW Airlines still using the University for People today?  What does our text book say about this method?
