F. The review should clearly convey your critical response to the poetry in your selected book and make a strong judgment about the overall book. (10 points)

G. You should present the criteria by which you are going to critique and analyze your selection and discuss why these criteria are important to your overall claim. This means, you should offer specific reasons for your evaluation. (10 points)

H. The evaluation should be logically developed.  The critical assessment of the subject text should be clearly argued, and claims must be supported with textual evidence.

I. The evaluation should be free of mechanical, grammatical, and usage errors.  Pay particular attention to the following: effective incorporation of quotes, paraphrases, and summaries; correct attribution and citation; avoid overuse of “I.” (10 points)
